Finding your instructions

When you type your order number and postcode, they're checked against your order in Sheds DIY Cloud, our business system, to open your installation guide. This site doesn't keep them.

Partner enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the details you type (your business, name, email, phone and message) are kept in Sheds DIY Cloud so we can reply and, if you become a partner, set up your account. We keep them only as long as we need them for that.

Visits to this site

We count visits without cookies. A random code for your browser tab is kept until you close the tab, and we record no names or contact details.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
• Object to how we use it.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.
